When you are contacted, be very professional as well. Speak clearly and be knowledgeable. If you don’t know something just say so. Employers don’t really expect you to be a genius, but honesty goes a long way. Be willing to learn and have an open mind. Remember, these companies are looking for people that will give their customers a great experience and and portray the company as they would like it to be.

When you apply to work online with a company, be prepared to wait. Some of these companies get 100’s if not thousands of application per day. That’s why you really need to stand out in the crowd. Not everybody will get hired or even contacted.
